The Lead, Regional Sales is responsible for all aspects of leading the Houston sub-region, including direct responsibility for driving new business and leading a professional sales team that may include District Sales Managers and/or Sales Representatives. This individual will work with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the regional sales plan. This role will involve the discovery and conversion of new business opportunities through the effective use of available resources to achieve growth targets while maintaining the top five accounts in the sub-region.
