Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to close candidates and create alternative recruiting strategies.
  • Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced (healthcare) staffing environment a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Possess the ability to effectively work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Have a willingness to work fluctuating and flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.
  • Must have familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, speech language pathology.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with corporate and field management.

  • Proven experience using iCIMS ATS
  • Recruiting background within Allied Health, Home Health, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, and/or Locum Tenens environments preferred
  • A proactive, relationship-focused recruiter with the ability to manage a full-cycle desk and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Experience with ICIMS is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Meets with other Directors/Recruiting, Human Resource professionals, Operations teams etc
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Rheab directors, RVPs, and SVPs
  • Update and monitor HPH website, working closely with each rehab manager, making sure opening is valid
  • Develop area specific marketing and advertising strategies to achieve hiring goals withing budget expectations (cold calling, direct mail, employee referrals, university recruiting, relocation, etc
  • Manage campus recruiting and other recruiting events
  • Conduct initial phone screen with interested applicants
  • Maintain ICIMS record updates on openings and candidates
  • Provide assistance for critical openings outside of your designated area, as needed
  • Conduct analysis of staffing mix a nd oopen positions and rovide operations with recruitment/staffing alternatives to meet business plan objectives
  • Ensure minimum staffing requirements are met while recruiting to fill open positions.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process
