About The Position

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple locations within a designated region; partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manages the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensures a positive candidate experience while supporting organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-location or regional role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
• Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS (Paycom) experience, preferred
• Regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel; frequently required to talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and regional hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and reporting for management review.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs within the region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and EEO/AA regulations.
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and community recruitment initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on best practices in recruiting and selection.
