Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE Lead the full life-cycle recruiting process for multiple facilities within a designated geographic region, supporting high-volume hiring for warehouse operations. Serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, professionally representing Lineage and its affiliated entities while driving effective recruitment strategies that deliver results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably supporting high-volume warehouse operations-level hiring.
  • Proven experience driving recruiting initiatives for warehouse or operational roles.
  • Experience using an ATS, CRM, or applicant database; Workday Recruiting preferred; Phenom experience a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications for reporting, tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Proficient computer skills, including internet research and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work remotely, stay self-driven, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed to support operational hiring demands.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and business leaders, with the guidance of the Lead Recruiter, to develop and execute recruiting strategies that promote diversity, follow best practices, and support high-volume hiring for warehouse operations-level roles.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for warehouse operations-level positions, including Case Pickers, Forklift Operators, Inventory Control Technicians, Warehouse Leads, and other operational roles.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline and support both current and forecasted regional hiring needs.
  • Manage high requisition volume while meeting agreed-upon performance metrics by reviewing and dispositioning applicants, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
  • Deliver a positive hiring manager experience by effectively managing the interview and selection process, including intake meetings, pre-interview calibrations, and post-interview debriefs.
  • Produce weekly recruiting and productivity reports, tracking key performance metrics using ATS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attend or host networking events and onsite job fairs to promote the company and attract warehouse operations-level talent.
