About The Position

As a Recruiter, you will be working closely with Planned Companies Operations Management to create and execute recruiting campaigns for high volume, non-exempt positions in Janitorial, Concierge, Security and Maintenance functions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years related to high-volume recruitment experience.
  • Bilingual; fluent in English and Spanish required
  • Prior experience with HR related platforms.
  • Communicate effectively to inform new hires of all Company programs.
  • Must be team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Ability to work with MS Office and Skype Business.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Jobvite ATS- preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to hire qualified janitorial, maintenance, front desk, concierge, and security candidates by screening and identifying candidates using Planned’ s IPLAN Hiring Methodology.
  • Manage job openings through Planned’ s Talent Management system.
  • Serve as point of contact for candidates throughout the screening and hiring process.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, identify qualified candidates, and schedule interviews through various virtual platforms and in person.
  • Plan Open House, flyer posting, and recruitment events such as Career Fairs.
  • Conduct site visit and field marketing when needed.
  • Familiarize yourself with the job sites we service for a clear understanding of the client’s needs.
  • Communicate regularly with the Operations Team to prioritize staffing needs and ensure recruitment efforts meet hiring specifications.
  • Develop a strong bench of qualified candidates in anticipation of future staffing needs.
  • Continuously explore and research new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to grow candidate pool and proactively build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Provide weekly status reports regarding open positions/projects.
