Regional Quality Assurance Manager

StylecraftCollege Station, TX

About The Position

This role goes beyond inspections. It’s about setting the standard, leading teams, and shaping the quality of every home we deliver. At Stylecraft, we don’t just build homes—we build trust, communities, and long-term relationships. For nearly 40 years, we’ve helped Texans achieve the American Dream of homeownership, and we’re proud to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Texas year after year. We’re looking for a Regional Quality Assurance Manager who’s ready to lead with purpose, elevate standards, and make a real impact across multiple communities. This is a leadership role for someone who sees quality not as a checklist—but as a culture. Why This Role Is Different This role sits at the intersection of construction quality, customer experience, and field leadership. You won’t just review inspections—you’ll influence how homes are built, how teams perform, and how issues are prevented before they ever reach the homeowner. What sets this role apart: You Set the Standard: You ensure quality expectations are clear, consistent, and upheld across your region. Leadership Beyond the Field: You mentor QA Managers, partner with Construction and Warranty leaders, and drive accountability at every level. Real Influence: Your insights into trends, inspections, and warranty data lead to meaningful improvements in plans, specs, and processes. A Company That Invests in You: We trust you to lead, support your growth, and value your voice.
