How you'll make an impact Manages insurance business development activities for property and casualty, employee benefits, bond or professional relationships with responsibility for achieving sales, retention and budget goals. Develops sales strategy, goals and objectives, in coordination with executive management, and approves sales goals and polices that will ensure revenue and profitability goals for assigned area are met. Manages assigned staff (producers, consultants), establishing individual goals and evaluating results. Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.

  • Master's degree preferred.
