About The Position

This role is for someone who wants to own a market . As the Regional Partnerships & Operations Lead, you’ll lead the Illinois Fabric Health market — accountable for building the right partnerships, driving adoption, and ensuring strong on-the-ground execution. Early on, your focus will be partnerships: getting out into the community, earning trust, and standing up a healthy partner ecosystem. Over time, the role expands into broader operational ownership, with responsibility for how the market performs day to day. This is a high-autonomy role for a strong generalist who can build relationships, operate with discipline, and take accountability for outcomes. Requirements

  • Is energized by community-facing work and relationship-building - this role requires being in the community, attending events, on-site visits, etc.
  • Can zoom out to assess market health and zoom in to fix operational gaps
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and building structure
  • Brings both strong people skills and operational judgment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Background checks conducted as part of the hiring process

  • You may come from partnerships, operations, community engagement, account management, consulting, or another generalist role where you navigated ambiguity and owned results across multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a portfolio of high-impact community and nonprofit partners
  • Ensuring partners understand, trust, and actively use Fabric Health’s services
  • Identifying and fixing what’s working, what’s breaking down, and where to intervene
  • Driving Fabric member registrations, engagement, and service delivery
