About The Position
We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead multiple wholesale locations, boost sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll champion operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and partner with leadership to implement strategies that drive profitability and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in multi-location retail/wholesale operations or sales leadership
- Proven success in driving performance and operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel regionally, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in both office and store environments.
Nice To Haves
- Wholesale distribution or B2B retail experience
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/POS systems
Responsibilities
