About The Position

We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to provide leadership and operational support across our Parts, Service, and Facility operations at multiple Bretz locations. This is a highly visible, travel-based role for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong, consistent teams across geographically dispersed locations. The Regional Operations Manager partners closely with on-site leadership and the Operations Center to ensure operational excellence, process consistency, and an exceptional customer experience across all stores. The employer has identified this position as a safety-sensitive position and requires pre-employment drug screening, including for non-psychoactive THC.

  • Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays (approximately 10–15 nights per month)

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-unit or multi-location management experience
  • Automotive, RV, marine, or dealership fixed operations background
  • Experience leading service, parts, or fixed ops teams
  • Success implementing SOPs and scalable operational systems
  • Strong understanding of customer service and employee training best practices

Responsibilities

  • Travel regularly between Bretz locations to support Parts, Service, and Facility operations
  • Standardize and implement operational processes to drive consistency and scalability
  • Partner with Operations Managers to train teams and support day-to-day execution
  • Serve as a leadership resource and escalation point for complex customer and employee concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations company-wide
  • Champion company culture, values, and leadership principles in every location
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts across stores
  • Ensure facilities reflect Bretz standards and brand expectations
