Position Overview We’re hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead and support branch operations across our Southwest region, including Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, and Riverside, CA. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader who thrives on developing people, improving operational performance, and driving financial results across multiple locations. As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll oversee branch leadership, operational execution, and financial performance while ensuring consistency, safety, and exceptional customer service across the region.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team development experience across multiple locations
  • Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational results
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of operations management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the region

  • Experience in distribution, construction supply, or industrial industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Branch Managers to drive operational excellence and consistent performance across all locations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align operational execution with revenue growth strategies and customer needs.
  • Drive regional financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and expense management.
  • Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards across branch teams.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and standardize processes, policies, and best practices across all branches.
  • Resolve complex operational and customer issues while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, DOT, Hazmat, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to maintain visibility, engagement, and operational alignment.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and action plans to senior leadership.
  • Support company initiatives, system implementations, and continuous improvement efforts.
