Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, service delivery, customer operations, or project management within a multi-site environment.
  • Proven success in change management, process optimization, and team development.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience managing KPIs and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Background in telecommunications, wireless communications, or related industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in operational systems and reporting tools; experience with Ormandy and Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with a track record of delivering operational excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support regional teams and customer operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day regional operations across multiple states, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements and standardized best practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and manage key performance indicators to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and cross-functional teams to support customer needs and resolve escalations.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of labor, budgets, and operational resources to meet business and customer objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support regional and company-wide strategic projects.
  • Represent operations leadership in cross-regional collaboration to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
