About The Position

The Regional Operations Director is an integral member of the operations team, working closely with the Vice President of Operations to meet the needs of the assigned practice teams. This role directs and oversees business operations within their territory, including practice operations support to all functional areas, business planning activities, and management of expenses. Regional Director of Operations will lead an assigned territory of 10+ full time teams comprised of multiple distinct entities. Action Oriented: Process Improvement · Ensures excellent patient experience, patient satisfaction, and patient retention. · Creates plans that align team, communications needed to effectively implement processes and procedures within their assigned region. · Collaborates and supports new process improvement with the support and guidance of executive and program leadership. · Ensures flawless execution of established operational standards and compliance with state, federal and regulatory requirements. Results Focused: Practice Performance · Monitors KPIs for practice growth of the orthodontic & pediatric specialty offices. · Meets budgeted performance and revenue goals of the offices within their assigned region. · Improves and maintains case acceptance. · Designs and executes performance-based action plan initiatives. · Mitigates risk and effectively manages expenses.
