About The Position

This role is designed for someone who thrives on building systems, managing complex projects, and ensuring that the operational infrastructure behind a mission-driven team runs smoothly and effectively. You are someone who is energized by turning logistical complexity into streamlined processes—and who finds purpose in enabling others to do their best work in service of Idaho’s students. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of Teach For America (TFA) Idaho, managing data systems for all corps member information, leading end-to-end project management for Corps Member Summer Training, planning and executing regional events, and providing cross-functional support across program, alumni, and fundraising workstreams. You’ll analyze data to identify trends and risks—such as retention challenges or engagement gaps—and recommend targeted support strategies. You’ll also manage relationships with school partners, summer staff, and internal teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met. Through your work in regional operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring TFA Idaho has the systems, processes, and coordination necessary to deliver on its mission. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, synthesize data into actionable insights, and execute on logistics will support the team’s impact on students and communities across Idaho.
