About The Position

The Regional Marketing Specialist – Colorado & Utah Divisions will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth, brand & reputation, and lead generation initiatives for The Steadman Clinic and The Orthopedic Partners. This role will serve as the on-the-ground marketing presence for The Steadman Clinic, executing local initiatives, strengthening physician and community relationships, and ensuring alignment with OCP’s enterprise marketing strategy. Additionally, the Specialist will act as a liaison for the Utah division, coordinating execution, creative alignment, and brand consistency across both regions. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organized, and relationship-oriented marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, community engagement, and data-driven performance. This position will require on-site presence primarily in Vail, Colorado location; with occasional travel to Utah for on-site engagement. As such, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered for an individual able to maintain a regular on-site presence when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, destination marketing, hospitality, or luxury brand sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in content creation, event execution, or community engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and digital tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or HubSpot a plus.
  • Comfortable collaborating with executives, physicians, and cross-functional teams.
  • Occasional travel to Utah division and other OCP locations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with enterprise priorities and local business goals for both Colorado and Utah.
  • Manage day-to-day local marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, referral outreach materials, and patient-facing campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and support ROI reporting for regional campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to OCP brand guidelines and The Steadman Clinic’s elite brand positioning.
  • Develop and localize marketing content that reflects the lifestyle, tourism, and destination-driven appeal of the Vail Valley and mountain region.
  • Support creative storytelling and partnerships that elevate brand visibility and patient acquisition from national key feeder markets.
  • Partner with physicians to enhance visibility through content, speaking opportunities, media features, and reputation platforms.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for physician-related marketing needs, helping translate clinical expertise into compelling, patient-centered communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with practice administrators and local clinic staff to ensure marketing alignment with operational goals.
  • Collaborate with the Utah leadership team to ensure consistent creative direction, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with OCP’s enterprise digital partners to track performance and ensure seamless execution of Utah initiatives.
  • Support referral development, community partnerships, and event marketing as needed.
  • Plan and execute local sponsorships, patient education events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Strengthening relationships with local and regional partners.
  • Represent OCP, The Steadman Clinic, and The Orthopedic Partners at regional events and conferences.
