THE ROLE You are a crucial revenue engine, chartered to accelerate pipeline and drive growth for the Enterprise segment in the Central region. This strategic and hands-on role serves as the primary marketing liaison, blending strategic planning with end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels. You will build and strengthen customer relationships by working closely with sales teams and channel partners to achieve aggressive growth targets.

  • Strategically design, execute, and own the integrated marketing plan for the Enterprise segment to deliver high-quality pipeline and exceed regional bookings targets.
  • Establish yourself as the trusted marketing advisor for the Central sales and partner organizations, leading cross-functional alignment and providing necessary tools and resources to maximize market impact.
  • Lead the full campaign lifecycle , from collaborating with corporate teams to localize global content, to creating and managing multi-channel initiatives that engage target audiences throughout the buyer's journey.
  • Drive data-driven optimization by rigorously tracking and analyzing campaign performance (KPIs, pipeline velocity, ROI) and monitoring industry/competitive trends to provide insights that maximize marketing budget effectiveness.
  • Oversee and manage marketing budgets with excellence, including regional marketing funds and partner MDF programs, ensuring strategic allocation and resource efficiency across all initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success developing and scaling B2B marketing programs, with demonstrated success in Enterprise marketing.
  • Expertise in creating and executing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns and co-marketing initiatives that result in new customer acquisition and sustained business growth.
  • A strong analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics and market trends into compelling business cases and actionable marketing strategy.
  • Exceptional execution capabilities and the proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments while collaborating effectively with all levels of management, peers, and external partners.
  • Must be flexible and willing to travel to various locations, including international destinations if needed, to fulfill job responsibilities up to 50% of the time.
