About The Position

The Regional Manager, Workplace Experience - Americas is responsible for the execution and day-to-day leadership of workplace operations, employee experience, and regional real estate activities across GoDaddy’s Americas sites! Based in Kirkland, this role supports anchor offices, ensuring consistent delivery of global workplace standards while adapting to local market, cultural, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as both a regional operator and the site leader for GoDaddy’s Kirkland office, a high-visibility, executive-facing location. Regional Coverage: Kirkland, Tempe, Santa Clara, Gilbert, Grand Cayman, Vancouver, Cedar Rapids, Bogotá, New York, and all other current and future sites within the Americas region. This role may require travel periodically across regional locations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or real estate operations with multi-site or regional scope.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including managers and frontline staff, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build strong stakeholder partnerships.
  • Proven success managing vendors, service providers, and regional operations.
  • Experience budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial tracking.
  • Proficiency with workplace and facilities management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the regional point of contact for Workplace Experience within GREWS, building positive relationships with employees and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop workplace teams across the Americas region, fostering accountability, consistency, and talent development.
  • Execute and adapt global workplace strategy at the regional level, incorporating local needs and constraints.
  • Partner closely with IT, People, Legal, Finance, Security, and Events teams (and others) to ensure coordinated delivery of workplace services.
  • Partner with the Senior Director, GREWS, to support site strategy, lease transitions, and occupancy planning across the Americas.
  • Manage day-to-day landlord and vendor relationships, escalating strategic, financial, or risk-related issues as appropriate.
  • Provide regional inputs to headcount forecasting, space utilization tracking, and reporting.
  • Support change management and employee communications related to site moves, renovations, or closures.
  • Partner with Legal and Entity Management to ensure workplace operations meet registration, compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead and support workplace teams and vendors to deliver consistent daily operations across regional sites.
  • Implement global standards, KPIs, and service expectations, and monitor performance against them.
  • Act as an escalation point for operational issues, stepping in directly during critical situations or coverage gaps.
  • Run regional OpEx and CapEx budgets, vendor contracts, and operational initiatives, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Analyze operational, utilization, and service performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across the region.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources (e.g., utilization, vendor performance, budgets, employee feedback) into clear insights that advise regional decisions and escalations.
  • Conduct periodic audits related to safety, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Maintain organized systems for contracts, budgets, and project documentation to support transparency and continuity.
  • Support the development and maintenance of operational resources, including SOPs, SharePoint pages, training materials, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Support consistent, inclusive work environment experiences that foster belonging and engagement across sites.
  • Partner with DEIB, People, and Events teams to execute employee programs aligned with GoDaddy’s values.
  • Gather and respond to employee feedback, raising themes and improvement opportunities as appropriate.
  • Partner with Safety & Security teams on access control, health and safety compliance, and emergency preparedness.
  • Support regional site response efforts during incidents or disruptive events, following established protocols.
  • Partner with IT to support workplace technologies, including AV, collaboration tools, and booking systems.
  • Ensure smooth regional rollout and adoption of approved workplace technologies.
  • Support the implementation of ESG initiatives at regional sites, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.
  • Provide data and operational support for ESG reporting and compliance efforts.
