Regional Manager of Strategic Accounts - West Region at Realtor.com® Are you an expert at building and maintaining relationships with large scale clients? Are you ready to lead the vision and strategy for developing best-in-class sales and service experience for Realtor.com’s enterprise level clients all while managing prospective teams? The Regional Manager has a strong understanding of the real estate industry and marketing strategies employed by top brokers and agents. This includes creating a safe and fun culture to promote employee morale and engagement. The Regional Manager is also expected to identify improvement opportunities in our processes, reporting, metrics, products, and sales scripting. The candidate selected will be required to use their knowledge and skills to grow and scale our Teams, with an emphasis on Revenue results from our New Upsell and Renewal Sales.
