Regional Manager of Corporate Stores

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, wellness, hospitality, or service-based businesses
- Strong operational instincts with high attention to growth and ROI
- Willingness to travel regularly between locations

Responsibilities
- Visibility and hands-on development of leaders at every store location
- Identify, evaluate, plan facility or layout improvements that enhance workflow, request bids, and partner with leadership on execution
- Own regional KPIs including revenue, utilization, retention, rebooking, labor, and profitability
- Ensure consistent execution of service standards, protocols, and policies across all stores
- Manage the support of new store openings to ensure consistency in operations
