About The Position

We’re looking for a Manager of Corporate Recruiting with extensive experience in high-level and specialized corporate roles to lead our most critical talent acquisition efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this individual will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership , focusing on recruiting and technical HQ professionals and work cross-functionally with the VP of Business Development to support physician recruiting. This is a high-impact, strategic role where executive presence, advanced negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the physician labor market are non-negotiable. Unlike high-volume clinical recruiting, you will own the full lifecycle of specialized requisitions, managing senior stakeholder relationships and complex offer negotiations from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required, with a proven track record in Executive search.
  • Demonstrated success in "headhunting" passive, high-earning professionals in a competitive landscape through proactive outreach and creative sourcing
  • Comfortable operating as a strategic advisor while maintaining a "gritty," hands-on approach to sourcing.
  • Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Source high-level specialized technical HQ roles (e.g., Technology, Marketing Finance etc.)
  • Support VP of Business Development in Physicians recruiting
  • Conduct specialized behavioral interviews and technical vetting to ensure candidates meet the elite standards of our practice.
  • Act as the primary recruiting liaison for the CEO, CFO and senior leadership team to define headcount needs and market positioning.
  • Work with senior leadership to develop a deep understanding of their needs for their mission-critical leadership and technical roles in order to identify and screen the right candidates
  • Provide data-driven insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain pristine candidate records and status updates within Greenhouse ATS.
  • Ensure all executive recruiting data is actionable for board-level reporting and compliance.
  • Optimize the "white-glove" candidate experience for high-value prospects.
