We’re looking for a Manager of Corporate Recruiting with extensive experience in high-level and specialized corporate roles to lead our most critical talent acquisition efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this individual will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership , focusing on recruiting and technical HQ professionals and work cross-functionally with the VP of Business Development to support physician recruiting. This is a high-impact, strategic role where executive presence, advanced negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the physician labor market are non-negotiable. Unlike high-volume clinical recruiting, you will own the full lifecycle of specialized requisitions, managing senior stakeholder relationships and complex offer negotiations from start to finish.
