About The Position

The Regional Manager will be responsible for guiding teams to meet performance expectations, overseeing resource allocation, and implementing process improvements that drive patient care and organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and an ability to foster a collaborative work environment by partnering with the clinical excellence and operational support teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, resource allocation, and compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and leading teams through process improvements or system transitions.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, and operational performance management.
  • Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide clinical teams to success.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive operational decisions and quality improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with patient care needs and financial sustainability.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with staff, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.
  • Ability to effectively manage uncertainty and make decisions in situations where all information is not available or clear. Staying calm under pressure, being flexible, and navigating through complex, unclear, or rapidly changing situations with confidence and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage assigned clinical teams, ensuring they meet or exceed job expectations and organizational goals. Motivate and guide teams to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, driving high performance and quality patient care.
  • Establish and monitor team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and accountability. Implement performance management strategies, including setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing action plans for underperforming team members. Address and resolve conflicts within teams while promoting a positive and constructive work environment.
  • Ensure appropriate allocation of staff and resources to meet patient outreach needs and optimize clinical productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement best practices that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead change initiatives, helping teams adapt to new processes, systems, or operational practices smoothly and effectively.
  • Identify potential risks within operations and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuity and safety in patient care.
  • Use data insights to assess trends, outcomes, and areas needing improvement, driving strategic changes to operational and clinical practices.
  • Process the financial implications of operational decisions, ensuring long-term sustainability and cost-efficiency.
  • Gather and assess data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical production, capacity and operational initiatives.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives based on data, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Utilize critical thinking to interpret data, identify issues, and develop strategic solutions to enhance patient care and operational performance.
  • Establish processes for disseminating business needs and gather feedback from clinical staff and business partners to inform adjustments in operational practices.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and transparency in operations.
  • Work effectively with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver comprehensive solutions. Identify challenges and develop solutions to meet client needs and drive program success.
