The Regional Manager is a leadership position that owns the full people management, day-to-day scheduling, and operational execution of KR Wolfe’s Elite Field Force within one defined region. This role is fully accountable for building, leading, and optimizing a high-performance regional team that delivers “Talent that Works for You” with maximum 10-hour drive radius, superior utilization, reduced travel, and consistent quality/safety. Reporting directly to a Field Director, the Regional Manager serves as the primary people manager for all Field Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians assigned to their region (West, North East, South East, South Central, or North Central). While Project Managers own project scope, estimates, and client delivery, the Regional Manager owns the “Sudoku puzzle” of field staffing—assigning the right talent (skill level, certification, availability, and cost) to every job within the region. The role is 50% job-costed, meaning the Regional Manager remains hands-on in the field while leading the team; this position is not expected to require overtime. Regional Managers will also absorb Stryker in-house account workload and join weekly Stryker calls. This role is the cornerstone of the Elite Field Force vision: regional ownership, peer accountability, rapid skill progression, and local talent that dominates each market while maintaining low to no impact on technicians and clients.
