About The Position

The Opportunity Join Hitachi Energy in Mount Pleasant, PA, and lead the charge in driving regional sales growth and marketing excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll develop strategies, inspire teams, and build strong customer relationships to shape the future of energy solutions. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales/marketing experience (12–15 years preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience managing regional sales teams.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 30% or more as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electrical sector and breaker business development preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Area Sales Managers to exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
  • Direct marketing strategies to maximize profit margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Hitachi Energy through presentations, webinars, and seminars.
