Dewberry is seeking an experienced Senior Regional Marketing Manager to play a key role in implementing our west growth strategy and lead our regional marketing team. This position is open in either Denver, CO or Rancho Cordova, CA and focuses on engineering services within the transportation and water market sectors. This position requires a marketing and business development background in the AEC (architecture, engineering, or construction) industry or related management consulting business.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing a marketing team.
• 15+ years’ experience in the AEC industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience
• Demonstrated experience partnering with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and prior experience leading collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Must have CRM database, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign experience.
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
• Effective workload management and prioritization skills.
• Must be available to work overtime as necessary to meet business requirements.
• Occasional travel among offices is also required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the region’s leadership to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
• Collaborate with local marketing and operations teams to develop and advance water and transportation market sector growth initiatives as well as business unit marketing plans.
• Work in tandem with leadership and subject matter experts to develop pursuit win strategies, craft sales messages, and oversee the marketing team that manages the proposal (color team) process.
• Manage, develop, and maintain capture plans for critical pursuits and client action plans for high priority clients.
• Manage a six-member marketing team located in Rancho Cordova, CA and Denver, CO.
• Serve as a valuable member of the enterprise Marketing Leaders’ Group which consists of peers across the organization.
• Possess the sales acumen to represent the firm with teaming partners and subcontractors at events and business networking opportunities.
• Support business development and operational personnel in market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence.
