About The Position

The Regional Lead Community Outreach Coordinator is a leadership role within the marketing team at Ally Medical ER, responsible for overseeing, mentoring, and driving the success of the Community Outreach Coordinators across the assigned region of Ally Medical ER Facilities. This individual will ensure all Community Outreach Coordinators are aligned with Ally Medical ER’s mission, values, and messaging while delivering exceptional community outreach and engagement. The Regional Lead Community Outreach Coordinator will be accountable for onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluating the performance of Community Outreach Coordinators to ensure high-impact representation and consistent execution of marketing strategies in order to elevate Ally Medical ER’s presence within-and contributions to the respective local communities.

  • Sales experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Suite
  • Creating and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Basic data entry, formula use, and data analysis.
  • Ability to create presentations with a high-level of business acumen that inspires action.
  • Email and Calendar management
  • Managing inboxes, organizing emails, scheduling meetings, etc
  • Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

You will play an active role in protecting the company's sensitive data and ensuring that our patient's information is treated with the utmost care and confidence. You are responsible for reporting any concerns or infractions that you become aware of so that the company may appropriately address them.
  • You are responsible for protecting the credentials provided to you to access Company (and customer, where applicable) networks, systems and data.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to which you are granted access. Any suspected compromises of Ally proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management immediately.
  • You will adhere to the Company’s Information Security Policy and Procedures and support standard operating procedures to protect Company systems and data.
  • You will alert management immediately with any expected system or data compromises and/or system failure impacting the security, confidentiality, availability, and integrity of company and customer data.
  • You will be required to attend an annual Information Security Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct leadership and supervision to OCs in the assigned region.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for OCs, providing daily support, troubleshooting, and guidance.
  • Conduct regular field visits, ride-a-longs, and audits to ensure performance standards, professionalism, and brand alignment meet the appropriate expectations.
  • Communicate weekly and monthly performance expectations and ensure each OC is meeting goals.
  • Lead onboarding of new OCs, ensuring they understand Ally Medical’s mission, policies, branding, and marketing strategy.
  • Deliver ongoing training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance skills in outreach, communication, and event execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate OC performance by providing real-time feedback and conducting formal performance reviews.
  • Identify high performers, provide recognition, and address underperformance through coaching or corrective actions.
  • Collect and analyze metrics to assess the impact of marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with each OC to plan and execute monthly marketing activities, ensuring strategic alignment and market coverage.
  • Review local calendars, event plans, and outreach tactics to maintain cohesive and effective execution across the region.
  • Ensure every OC is actively engaging referral partners, attending high-value events, and delivering ROI-driven activities.
  • Meet with the assigned OCs to align strategic goals, discuss updates, and adjust priorities.
  • Compile reports summarizing outreach efforts, challenges, wins, and recommendations to improve grassroots impact.
  • Work closely with marketing managers to review team performance, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all OCs consistently represent Ally Medical ER with professionalism and enthusiasm while also staying on-brand with messaging.
  • Reinforce key messaging, tone, and brand standards across all community interactions and event participation.
  • Expected travel to the Ally Medical ER locations within the assigned area on a regular cadence based upon business needs.
