What Are We Looking For? Your Health is currently looking for a Regional Lab Coordinator to join our growing primary care family. The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, and/or eliminate function(s).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, certification in phlebotomy preferred.
- 2+ years of healthcare experience, perferably in a clinical or laboratory setting.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
- Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions

- Physician services and management skills a plus
Responsibilities
- Admission Coordinator and track lab draw requests across the assigned region in alignment with provider orders
- Ensure accurate documentation of lab orders, collections, and results within the EHR system
- Confirm timely delivery of lab specimens and escalate delays as needed.
- Maintain weekly reporting on lab draw volumes, turnaround times, and common barriers
- Notify providers and care teams of pending lab results or required follow-ups
- Seve as a liaison between providers and laboratory team to troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor prover cases related to labs and support closed-loop follow-up processes.
