The Regional Indirect Category Manager is a procurement-focused role supporting indirect supply chain initiatives primarily across the LAC region with additional partnership across the U.S. and Canada. This position works closely with stakeholders to build, strengthen, and execute strategies across key indirect categories, helping to drive value, consistency, and operational alignment. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and functions. With significant opportunity to help shape and build the program, this individual will play an important role in establishing processes, enhancing supplier partnerships, and supporting the continued evolution of indirect procurement across the region. Salary Range: $125,200 - $147,200+ bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position.
