The Regional HR Manager will oversee the company's human resources operations and strategies in territory. The territory will cover Texas, Illinois and Florida and will manage HR for five of our offices/facilities which will require biweekly travel to each office in territory. This includes managing recruitment and staffing, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, and other HR-related functions. The HR Manager plays a key role in shaping the company’s culture and ensuring its success by effectively managing its human capital.
