About The Position

Lead and manage human resource strategies to support the strategic and operating plans of the region Drive corporate and divisional initiatives Identify opportunities for improved connectivity with plants and sales organization Develop strategies for maintaining positive employee relations at locations within assigned region Provide guidance and direction to HR and business leaders on complex business and HR matters Leverage organizational assessment tools including employee engagement surveys to identify trends and drive continuous improvement Have working knowledge of various state employment-related regulations Understand and champion environmental health and safety issues and regulations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience
  • At least 2 years' experience leading as a human resources business partner
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Solid understanding of local country regulations and standards
  • Excellent facilitation / coaching skills, especially in a distributed workforce environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business administration
  • Master's degree
  • 4+ years' experience leading as a human resources business partner in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading human resources efforts for a distributed workforce
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in CA, CO, IL, NC, PA, or TX.
