Make a difference as a Regional Homecare Coach As a Regional Homecare Coach at the Korean Women's Association, you'll be at the forefront of leadership and operational oversight within our In-Home Care (IHC) services. Your essential duties will include supervising and evaluating IHC Supervisors and Employment Coordinators to drive caseload growth and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You'll conduct monthly one-on-ones and weekly performance reviews utilizing standardized tools to maintain alignment with agency protocols across all regional offices. Achieving targets such as a 10% annual caseload expansion will be a key focus, alongside monitoring KPIs related to overserved hours, client satisfaction, and staffing timelines using advanced data tools like WellSky and Power BI. Compliance with the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and AAA monitoring will be paramount, requiring random audits and corrective actions as necessary. Moreover, you will manage staffing plans and collaborate internally while representing KWA professionally at external meetings to foster community partnerships and support growth initiatives.
