Concentrated on driving and supporting the learning and development needs of operational staff within an assigned region or functional area. Incumbent(s) will demonstrate full life cycle instructional design skills to build curriculum needed to deliver high-quality service training and will deliver learning and development strategies and solutions, as well as drive adoption and implement learning reinforcement tactics.
