Symetra is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our growing Stop Loss Sales team as a Regional Group Vice President! About the role As a Regional Group Vice President, you will drive both the regional success of your sales team and management of broker partnerships. You will maximize the sales production from those relationships, establishing marketing plans that result in profitable new and renewal business. You will gain market share in an increasingly competitive environment. You understand that relationships are critical to our success - both internal and external - and will build and nurture relationships with your team, internal partners, third party administrators, consultants and brokers.
