CR Fitness is looking for a driven and hands-on Facilities Manager who thrives in a high-performance environment and takes pride in operational excellence. With 90+ locations open and 100+ more in the pipeline, this is a high-impact opportunity to support our expanding footprint and ensure our clubs operate at the highest standard This is a working leadership role, requiring 80% field presence and 20% administrative support. You will be on the ground, solving problems, managing vendors, and ensuring our facilities deliver the safe, clean, and high-energy experience our members expect. Position Overview The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring all maintenance, vendor coordination, landlord communication, and facility standards are executed in a timely and professional manner. This leader protects the integrity of the Crunch brand while driving operational excellence across all clubs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years facility management experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of facility systems and equipment
  • Working knowledge of project management principles
  • Working knowledge of procurement and contract management
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Field-based role requiring travel to club locations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facility vendors and service contracts, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety systems, IT, audio/visual, glass, vending, and related services.
  • Serve as primary liaison with landlords and property managers, ensuring timely resolution of structural, exterior, HVAC, roofing, CAM-related, and shared property issues.
  • Lead and support facility-related staff and subcontractors, including cleaning teams and IT vendors.
  • Create and manage daily maintenance work lists and oversee facility space allocation as needed.
  • Manage inventory of facility and construction materials.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support budgeting efforts and identify opportunities to reduce operating costs while maintaining brand standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
