We’re seeking an experienced Broadcast Transmission Engineer to maintain, optimize, and support our broadcast systems, ensuring reliable, high‑quality performance. This hands‑on role spans traditional radio and modern digital environments, including RF systems, transmitters, studio consoles, and related equipment. You’ll monitor system health, respond quickly to technical issues, and keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include routine diagnostics, repairs, component replacement, and supporting the installation and maintenance of IT and broadcast infrastructure such as servers, workstations, network hardware, and integrated radio equipment. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners on system implementation, training, and technical support. Accurate documentation is essential, and occasional travel, night/weekend availability, and participation in a 24/7 on‑call rotation are required. Candidates should have prior radio broadcast experience, strong communication skills, and a service‑oriented mindset. An associate degree (or equivalent experience) is required; SBE certification is preferred. Physical requirements include climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
