About The Position

Turner Staffing Group is seeking a highly experienced Regional EHS Supervisor to provide leadership and strategic oversight of environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple operations in West Texas. This role is designed for a senior EHS leader who can balance compliance, leadership, and operational partnership while driving consistency and performance across sites. Schedule Monday through Friday On-call availability required Travel between sites as needed Position Overview The Regional EHS Supervisor will lead EHS strategy, compliance, and performance across multiple operations. This role will oversee site-level EHS personnel, including EHS Coordinators and Supervisors , and ensure consistent implementation of safety programs and regulatory compliance. The position requires both strategic leadership and strong field engagement , with regular presence at operating sites.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of EHS experience in mining, industrial, or heavy industry environments
  • Strong knowledge of MSHA regulations and compliance
  • Experience with state environmental regulations (TCEQ preferred)
  • Proven experience leading EHS programs across multiple sites or operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Authorized to workin the US without work visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Provide regional leadership for EHS programs and initiatives
  • Ensure consistent compliance with MSHA and state environmental regulations (TCEQ)
  • Oversee and mentor site-level EHS staff
  • Drive standardization of safety programs and best practices across operations
  • Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to align safety and production goals
  • Track and report EHS performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and corporate stakeholders
  • Support training, development, and succession planning for EHS teams
