We are searching for our new Regional Director of Sales to drive these cultural pillars through operational excellence. What You'll Do: The Regional Director of Sales oversees the sales team and leasing of CIMA communities in the assigned region to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy and establish a wait list. The Regional Director of Sales provides marketing and sales leadership by implementing marketing and branding strategies and managing prospect relationships. Trains, mentors, and supports sales team members. Must be willing to work with seniors and have a tolerance for behaviors associated with dementia and other aging processes. Abides by and upholds company core values. Executes company-wide strategic initiatives to elevate resident satisfaction, engagement, and the quality of care provided. Facilitates collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to enhance operational systems, processes, and practices. Conducts regular assessments of community operations through site visits, performance evaluations, and enforcement of policy and procedure consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of sales management experience in senior living or a related multi-unit environment
  • Proven sales success, strong financial judgment, and critical thinking skills; experience supporting or leading turnaround initiatives preferred
  • Strong leadership, team-building, organizational, and time-management skills with a hospitality-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Flexible, professional, and diplomatic communicator with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and travel demands; reliable transportation required
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, prolonged sitting/standing, regular computer use, and regional travel
