We are searching for our new Regional Director of Clinical to drive these cultural pillars through operational excellence. What You'll Do: Strategic leadership and oversight of clinical operations across multiple senior living communities, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. Financial stewardship, including budget management, expense optimization, and identification of opportunities for growth and efficiency. Mentorship and development of community leaders and clinical teams to achieve and exceed operational targets, driving culture through servant leadership. Execution of company-wide strategic initiatives to elevate resident satisfaction, engagement, and the quality of care provided. Facilitation of collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to enhance operational systems, processes, and practices. Regular assessment of community operations through site visits, performance evaluations, and enforcement of policy and procedure consistency.

Requirements

  • Must hold an active RN license in state of regional operation.
  • At least 5 years of clinical leadership experience within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of mentoring, inspiring, and driving teams towards excellence.
  • Experience leading or supporting turnaround initiatives, with exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to various communities within the designated region.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated sales success and revenue growth, coupled with a strong desire to work within a high-performance leadership team is a plus.
