Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience, preferably multi-property or regional.
- Strong knowledge of the Dallas market and their demand drivers.
- Proven coach who builds accountable, motivated, and results-driven teams.
- Data-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple properties simultaneously.
- Communicate with confidence and clarity at all levels, from on-property teams to executive leadership.
- Thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and adapt quickly to change.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring Directors of Sales and on-property sales teams.
- Developing and executing regional sales strategies tailored to local markets.
- Driving top-line revenue growth across transient, group, and catering segments.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts, brand partners, and community stakeholders.
- Analyzing market data, pace reports, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
- Partnering with revenue management, marketing, and operations to align goals and execution.
- Being present in the market—traveling regularly to properties and key client meetings.
