Regional Director of Sales & Marketing - Assisted Living
About The Position
Are you a dynamic sales leader based in Northern Ohio who loves developing teams and driving results? Silver Birch Living is looking for a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to support our community sales teams and help more seniors find a home where they can thrive. In this role, you'll provide hands-on leadership to Sales & Marketing Directors across multiple communities-coaching, strategizing, and inspiring them to meet and exceed occupancy goals. You'll bring a data-driven approach to sales and marketing while keeping people and purpose at the heart of everything you do.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in senior living or healthcare
- Proven track record of driving occupancy and team performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel up to 100%, including overnight travel
- This position requires the incumbent to live in Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach community sales teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
- Guide marketing plans, outreach, and advertising strategies
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of Sales & Marketing Directors
- Ensure CRM accuracy and compliance with all sales regulations
- Jump in to provide sales support when needed across your region
