Our dedicated team has built a strong reputation for providing personalized, compassionate care that addresses residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The Director of Facilities is a leadership role overseeing all new project start-ups (on and off on-site), operating assets and serving as a liaison between operations, business development, asset management and construction. This position will be responsible for setup and implementation and operational execution at all new projects and will be a driving force behind maximizing performance by formulating business plans, analyzing market conditions, adapting execution strategies, interfacing with partners and reporting on key performance indicators. This position directly supervises the maintenance, capital improvement and purchasing function at providing direct oversight of site level maintenance and facility team management.
