Requirements

  • A proven multi-property leader with a track record of driving results across diverse assets
  • A revenue-minded operator who understands how to win in competitive markets
  • Experienced in Marriott systems, with exposure to or leadership of Power of M transitions
  • A leader who thrives in turnarounds, renovations, and high-expectation environments
  • Known for building strong teams, developing leaders, and driving accountability
  • Financially sharp with deep experience in P&L ownership and forecasting
  • Confident, credible, and able to influence at the ownership and executive level

Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for multi-property performance, including revenue, GOP, guest satisfaction, and asset value
  • Driving market share growth through strong alignment of operations, sales, and marketing strategies
  • Leading, coaching, and elevating General Managers into high-performing business leaders
  • Identifying underperformance quickly and executing turnaround strategies with urgency and precision
  • Overseeing renovations, PIPs, and asset repositioning to maximize long-term value
  • Leading the transition of Marriott systems to Power of M, ensuring adoption, training, and operational continuity
  • Building a culture of accountability, ownership, and people excellence across the portfolio
  • Partnering with ownership and executive leadership to shape strategy, forecasting, and growth initiatives
