About The Position

This is a senior operations leadership role overseeing a portfolio of employer health centers serving a Fortune 500 client. It is a build-and-lead opportunity for someone who understands employer-based healthcare and can create the operational structure needed to support consistency, scale, and strong client delivery across multiple sites. The clinical model and client relationship are already in place. What is needed now is an experienced operator who can build the playbook, strengthen execution, and bring operational discipline across sites in New Jersey, Georgia, and California. The primary location for this role is Princeton, NJ, with a hybrid work model (2 days onsite in Princeton, 3 days remote). The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This is a Full-Time, W2 job with compensation ranging from $130,000-$150,000 base salary plus benefits, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Travel is required to oversee and support three clinic sites across New Jersey, Georgia, and California.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of healthcare operations experience with direct multi-site ownership.
  • Direct experience in employer-sponsored health centers, onsite employee clinics, employer wellness clinics, occupational health, or corporate health settings is required.
  • Demonstrated experience building SOPs, workflows, implementation plans, and operational playbooks from scratch.
  • Experience with KPIs, dashboards, staffing models, and operational reporting.
  • Proven ability to design and implement systems, not just maintain them.
  • Strong project management discipline (milestones, ownership, timelines, execution).
  • Executive presence and ability to operate in a high-expectation corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Candidates without experience in employer health clinics, onsite employee wellness centers, occupational health, or similar corporate health environments are unlikely to be a fit.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • RN, NP, or clinical background welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and standardize SOPs, workflows, checklists, and operating standards across employer health centers.
  • Lead implementation of new services, technology changes, and operational initiatives.
  • Develop and manage KPIs for access, utilization, staffing, service quality, and patient experience.
  • Design staffing models, coverage plans, and training expectations across locations.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for client stakeholders in a polished corporate environment.
  • Partner with internal teams including HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and IT.
  • Identify risks early and drive corrective action before issues become client-facing.
