About The Position
Provide leadership and take full accountability for the development and execution of analytics projects. This role partners across business and clinical functions to deliver trusted, actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making, performance improvement, and organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, scientific, business and/or healthcare fields required.
- Master’s degree or PhD in quantitative, scientific, business and/or healthcare field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
- 5+ years of staff management experience (managing direct reports as well as matrix staff) and leading enterprise-level initiatives
Nice To Haves
- Experience with healthcare analytics and reporting (including advanced/statistical, clinical/quality, cross functional analytics) preferred.
- Experience using programming languages such as SAS, Python and SQL to produce analytic/reporting results based on large and complex data (either hands-on experience or experience closely managing staff in these tasks) preferred.
- Experience working on clinical analytics and reporting projects related value-based care or clinical quality preferred
