About The Position

As the Director, Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for defining and executing the analytics strategy across the enterprise by partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and leading a team to develop operational and advanced analytics solutions that transforms raw data into strategic business insights bridging the gap between technical data and executive decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science required
  • Proven track record of driving data strategy and delivering impactful business insights.
  • 5+ years' experience leading data/analytics teams or managing direct reports required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of SQL, Python, or R, alongside statistical modeling and machine learning tools and techniques required.
  • Understanding of data visualization and big data platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Apache Spark, etc.)
  • AI first mindset and demonstrable understanding of GenAI use cases in data analytics products for productivity and process enhancement

  • Prior telecommunications and infrastructure industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise data strategy and execute the analytics roadmap ensuring data initiatives align with long-term business goals.
  • Lead the evolution of reporting modernization, predictive analytics, and automation initiatives.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by enabling leaders and teams to use insights for decision-making
  • Serve as the primary analytics liaison to executive leaders and business stakeholders to understand priorities, and analytics needs facilitating cross-functional projects and driving alignment.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team including data analysts, data scientists, and BI developers.
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and ad‑hoc analytical projects.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that influence business strategy and performance.
  • Establish best practices for analytics processes, methodologies, and documentation.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization.
