About The Position

The Director of Data Analytics will manage the design, implementation of the Company’s business intelligence strategy, integrating data to drive strategic business growth. They will partner with business stakeholders leadership to build and identify business intelligence solutions that drives business growth and operational excellence. This role will build the Company’s business intelligence functionalities to provide data analytics and actionable reporting that enable business stakeholders to make data driven business decisions to achieve business results.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience building and maintaining business intelligence (BI) functions in a large enterprise environment working with data analytics, reporting and business intelligence (BI) strategies.
Strong technical background combined with business acumen to effectively translate data models and analytics into insights that drive business performance.
Strong analysis and expertise with business intelligence (BI) tools, data visualization platforms, and data management systems (SQL, ETL).
Experience building dashboards and working business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SAP Business Objects, Web Intelligence, etc.
Experience working with large, complex data sets and distributed systems, sourcing data from a variety of reporting platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills; meticulous attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners.
Ability to prioritize and plan work assignments and work under pressure of frequent and tight deadlines.
Ability to read, write, and interpret complex reports, documents, and correspondence.
Adept at managing and prioritizing competing time sensitive requests while working well in a team atmosphere that may be under pressure.
Ability to exercise independent judgment on matters of significance to the company

Nice To Haves

MBA or Master’s degree in related business discipline a plus.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains business intelligence (BI) reporting strategy building analytics, data models and dashboards to analysis business results and drive growth strategies.
Provides business stakeholders data analytics and BI solutions to shape and influence data driven strategic initiatives and operational processes.
Partners with business stakeholders to provide and maintain scalable business intelligence (BI) reporting solutions.
Provide business solutions by developing data models, dashboards and reporting integrating large, complex data sets.
Consults with the business partners providing and communicating strategic data driven insights across the company.
Communicates complex analysis and business impacts through clear data analytics and reporting.
Builds adoption of new tools by proactively designing and facilitating use cases for various teams across the organization and business stakeholders.
Collaborates with departments and administration to establish goals and priorities for business intelligence (BI) solutions to meet organizational needs. Defines development of project scope and manages processes through completion. Develops business intelligence framework and partners with team members in creating reporting, dashboards and data driven strategies that drive the business forward.
Strategizes and supports the implementation of a comprehensive business intelligence and data analytics plan for Support Center and company restaurants. Works closely with all departments to facilitate Project Management and implementation of business intelligence (BI) solutions..
Creates and dynamically updates overall business intelligence strategy in alignment with Company goals and achievement of business results.
Supports strategic presentations, board meeting and annual planning initiative with clear actionable data analytics and reporting.
