The Corporate Data Team is looking for a Director of Analytics Strategy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing and enabling the analytics layer that supports identity resolution, audience strategy, and data product development for all of Hearst Consumer Media including TV, newspapers and magazines. In particular, you will partner closely with our enterprise Product and Engineering teams to ensure that audience definitions, analytics systems, and data outputs are scalable, consistent, and integrated into business workflows. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product development, and data strategy. You will help translate business and product needs into durable analytics systems, including reusable data models, semantic definitions and audience frameworks. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency with systems thinking and thrives in cross-functional environments where analytics supports product innovation and business outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in New York City and will report to the VP of Audience Analytics.
