Regional Coordinator (North) - Retail

About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Regional Coordinator - Retail to support execution across our regional branch network and major retail ecommerce platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information across ecommerce platforms, including pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and item setup for both existing products and new additions. The position also coordinates Value-Add service activities within the region and provides day-to-day support to Regional National Account Executives and Retail Territory Managers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working across branches, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure strong execution and a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate product data across major retail ecommerce platforms, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities Support item setup, catalog maintenance, and onboarding of new products Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies related to product content, pricing, and availability Coordinate with local branches and product manufacturers to ensure product information is current and execution is aligned across the region Support and coordinate regional Value-Add service activities to improve consistency, visibility, and execution Provide operational and platform support to Regional National Account Executives and Retail Territory Managers Assist with pricing validation, product setup, issue resolution, and general sales support needs Partner with internal teams to improve processes, support execution, and enhance the customer experience Qualifications Experience in ecommerce, product data management, operations, sales support, or building materials distribution Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Proficiency in Excel and related business systems Experience in the building materials, lumber, or construction supply industry is preferred Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, ERP systems, PIM tools, or order management systems is a plus What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to work effectively across branches, manufacturers, sales teams, and internal partners Comfortable balancing detailed data management with day-to-day coordination and issue resolution Responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented Focused on supporting execution, driving consistency, and helping the business grow Why This Role Matters This position plays an important role in supporting product visibility, operational execution, sales support, and customer experience across the region. Requirements

  • Experience in ecommerce, product data management, operations, sales support, or building materials distribution
