About The Position
As our Chief Operating Officer on the Operations team, you’ll focus on strategic & client operations by providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive revenue growth, enhance client experience, and ensure operational alignment across the region. This role partners closely with the regional leadership team and executive stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that foster business expansion, client retention, and organizational excellence.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of leadership experience within the insurance or related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in leadership, coaching, strategic and financial reasoning, communication, and relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage relationships and drive business growth.
