A day in the life. As our Chief Operating Officer on the Operations team, you’ll focus on strategic & client operations by providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive revenue growth, enhance client experience, and ensure operational alignment across the region. This role partners closely with the regional leadership team and executive stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives that foster business expansion, client retention, and organizational excellence. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong skills in leadership, coaching, strategic and financial reasoning, communication, and relationship management. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
