The Regional Business Manager plays a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening Litehouse's presence within their assigned territory. In this role, you will partner with brokers, retailers, and internal teams to develop and execute territory strategies that increase volume, expand distribution, and grow market share. This role blends strategic thinking, strong relationships, and hands-on execution. You'll work closely with Brand Management, Sales Planning, and Category teams to bring programs to life in the market and ensure our products continue to stand out on the shelf.
